FRAME ASSEMBLY (continued)
5. As second rafter is steadied, take one 131S075 pipe
and insert purlin pipe (plain end) through end clamp
of end rafter and through a cross connector of
interior
rafter.
Consult Quick Start section for purlin location per
frame.
6. Align plain end of purlin with outside edge of end rafter.
Do not allow pipe to extend beyond edge of rafter tube.
9. Secure cross connector to rafter and purlin using Tek
screws. See Quick Start section if needed.
10. Repeat steps to install the
first section of each purlin
assembly for first two rafters.
11. Choose another interior rafter assembly and set it
in position.
DO NOT USE THE REMAINING END
RAFTER.
12. Secure the rafter legs to the ground posts as previously
described and steady the rafter.
13. Repeat steps to add purlin pipe (131S075) and cross
connectors to secure interior rafter to frame assembly.
7. Tighten the end clamp and secure it to the rafter with a
Tek screw. Secure purlin pipe to end clamp.
8. Move to the interior rafter, set rafter spacing at
forty-eight inches (48") on-center (adjust forward or
backward as needed), and tighten cross connector.

14. Verify that distance between rafters is 48" center-
to-center.
Adjust forward or backward as needed to
maintain this dimension.
15. Tighten cross connectors and secure cross connectors
to rafter and purlin pipes to cross connectors.
ASSEMBLY NOTE:
Install Tek screws using a clutched
drill driver running approximately 750 RPM while applying
approximately 50 lbs of force.
Do not use an impact driver to install Tek screws!
