INSTALL THE END WALL FRAME (continued)
15. Using marks on base tube for rough opening for door,
attach bottom of each frame member to the base tube
using an angle bracket. Consult end frame diagram.
16. With door frame tubes attached at bottom and loose at
the top, measure each frame member to locate height
of rough door opening and mark location.

located near back of these instructions.

17. Using a level (or other means), plumb one door frame
tube and tighten band clamp bolt to secure.
18. Choose square tube for header and cut swaged end to
proper length for width of rough door opening.
19. Using two angle brackets, attach header between
door frame tubes as shown. Inside dimensions are
shown. Diagrams may show a different frame used for
illustration purposes only.
20. Verify that both door frame verticals are plumb and
recheck width of rough door opening at top and bottom.
Adjust if needed.
21. Cut metal tube for short, end wall supports (positioned
between header and end rafter) and attach as shown.
