INSTALL THE END WALL FRAME (continued)
22. Using end frame diagrams (Quick Start section),
measure and mark (on base tube) locations of
remaining vertical frame tubes.
24. Use steps presented earlier and the end frame
diagrams to measure and cut each square tube for
remaining frame members.
25. With square-to-round tube connect bracket attached
to frame member, place a square tube fitting on the
bottom.
• Square tube: Longer verticals may require an
additional shorter length cut from a longer tube.
• One (1) square tube fitting (#104624) to attach
support to base tube.
• One (1) square-to-round tube connect bracket
(#104074) to attach tube to band clamp.

Position all screws, bolts
and clamps so they will
not damage the end wall
panels when panels
are attached to the
end wall frame.

27. Verify vertical frame member is plumb and use short
Tek screws to secure square tube fitting to base tube.
Center Mark
28. Tighten the top band clamp and
install a short Tek
screw through the clamp and into the rafter.
29. Repeat procedure as needed to assemble and install
remaining end wall supports.
30. Return to bottom of each frame member and install a
short Tek screw through backside of each tube fitting to
secure frame support to tube fitting.
31. Return to each band clamp and pipe splice of end
frame and verify a Tek screw is installed. Install a Tek
screw if needed.
32. Continue with next procedure.

26. Align center of assembled frame tube with center mark
on base tube. Attach top of frame member to band
clamp on rafter.
