1. Carefully pull out any excess power cord through
Base (A) while assembling to prevent the cord from
becoming twisted.
2. Insert and thread Tube (B) into Base (A) by turning
clockwise until secure.
3. Insert and thread Tube (C) into Tube (B) by turning
clockwise until secure.
4. Insert and thread Tube (D) into Tube (C) by turning
clockwise until secure.
5. Insert and thread Tube (E) into Tube (D) until secure.
6. Insert and thread Socket Assembly (F) into Tube (E)
by turning clockwise until secure.
7. Remove Ring (H) from Socket Assembly (F).
8. Place the Shade (G) onto the Socket Assembly (F).
9. Tighten Ring (H) by turning clockwise to keep Shade
(G) in place.
10. Install light bulb by turning clockwise.

This lamp is approved for indoor use only.

Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply
cord to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.
Do not install non-factory wiring or any other
electrical components. Altering or modifying
the lamp in any way will render the product
unsafe.
Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all
other fabrics and objects away from the lamp,
lamp switch and light bulb. Lamps are not
designed to support additional weight.
Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an
areawhere the lamp will not be tipped over or
bumped.

BULB REPLACEMENT
1.
Turn off and unplug the lamp and allow bulb to
cool before replacing bulb.
