Pesto
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
3 medium-sized garlic cloves
3 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts
50 g grated parmesan cheese
5 table spoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Put the basil leaves, peeled garlic and pine nuts
or walnuts into the glass bowl of the Mini Chop-
per and pulse until the ingredients are coarsely
chopped. Add the parmesan cheese together
with the olive oil and pulse a few times until
ingredients are thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pancake Dough
Ingredients:
100 g flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
150 ml milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
Put the eggs and milk into the glass bowl of the
Mini Chopper and pulse, until the mixture is
whisked. Gradually add in flour, baking powder,
sugar, salt, butter and pulse until dough is fully
incorporated and smooth.
