5. Usage and Heating Instructions
If you are using the gel heat pad with a cover, remove it from
the cover for heating!
To heat, place the gel heat pad flat in the microwave (do not
fold!) at a maximum power of 600 watt and for no more than
1 minute. Then knead the gel heat pad thoroughly for optimal
heat distribution! If the desired temperature has not been rea-
ched, you can repeat the heating process once or twice at 20
second intervals. Knead the gel pad again each time in order to
distribute the heat evenly!
If required, place the gel heat pad back into its cover.

Do not heat the gel heat pad with the cover on! The gel heat
pad must not be heated in the oven/grill or in hot water! Always
