4.9.1- SLA 

At the top of the screen you can see a “SLA” window. This section shows the percentage of time 
that an alarm was active during the selected time frame. 

 

 

 

By default the selected period is 7 days, but several options can be configured:  

-

 

Realtime: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the configured timeslot in the 
SLA settings. 

-

 

Last Window: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the entire measurement of 
the last slot configured in the SLA settings.   

-

 

Last 24 hours: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the last 24 hours.  

-

 

Last 7 days: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the last 7 days.  

-

 

Last 30 days: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the last 30 days. 

-

 

Last 90 days: Percentage of time with some alarm active during the last 90 days.
