5.4.1  Operation with a CA module

In order for this function of the CA module to be possible, sta-
tions capable of being decoded by the CA module you are 
using and your smart card must be selected in the “Setting 
the station filter” – “

PROGRAM

” menu (page 26).  

Where both encrypted stations and unencrypted regional 
broadcasters are transmitted via a single channel, short-term 
picture loss may occur when switching between encrypted 
and unencrypted broadcasts.

Setting the operating voltage for the CA module
