Appendix A. Split-Bypass Input Connection
Fig.B-1 illustrates the modular UPS in what is known as the split-bypass configuration (that is, the bypass
uses a separate AC source). In this configuration, the static bypass and maintenance bypass share the same
independent bypass power supply and connect to the power supply through a separate switch. Where a
separate power source is not available, the bypass and rectifier input supply connections are linked

Note
If split-bypass input is needed, please disconnect the linked copper bars, only phase A, B,C.
Split-bypass input is optional function.
