Inspect prior to each use. Competent Person must
inspect and record at least every 6 months.

ANSI Z359.18-17, ANSI A10.32-12, OSHA 1910,
and OSHA 1926 Subpart M.

Maximum 1 connection per Beamer Anchor.
Capacity range: 130 - 420 lbs.
5,000 lb. MBS (minimum breaking strength).
Minimum service temperature: -30º F.
Always use with compatible equipment, possibly
including special lanyard for tie-off at foot level.

MAKE ONLY COMPATIBLE CONNECTIONS.

FOR USE ON STRUCTURAL STEEL I AND H BEAMS ONLY.
