at high speed, the appliance should run at low speed
(idling) for some time to cool down a little bit. This will
extend the life of every engine.
6. You can dispense the amount of liquid with the
dose knob (Figure 3), „1“ for the minimum and „4“ for
the maximum.
7. We recommend using the „2“ position.
8. The amount of liquid can also be controlled by set-
ting the shut-off cock. By changing the angle of the
shut-off cock you can change the amount of liquid
flowing through the hose.
9. Always pay attention to the wind direction in your
area when spraying plants. Ensure that the spraying
agent only reaches where it is intended.
10. Work with the wind and keep the spraying tube as
far down as possible to minimise the dispersion of the
spraying agent.
Spraying/dispersion
1. Before filling the chemical tank with powder or
granulate, you must make sure that the shut-off cock
(Figure 19A) is in the „closed“ position.
2. The powder must be dry and free from blocking
dirt.
Check that the earth wire is in contact with
the ground (Figure 17).
3. Preferably, use the powder in the tank in one day.
Never keep the powder in the tank for a long time.
Powder kept in the tank can absorb water and cause
clogging that is very difficult to remove. Powder can
also lose its effectiveness.
4. After filling the powder, the spilled material must
be wiped off the surface of the tank. Secure the lid
firmly.
5. After starting the engine, take the appliance on
the back. Set the engine speed control lever to the
operating speed and set the shut-off cock (figure 19
A) to „ON“ to start spraying.
