Injuries from conductive parts when electric parts are
uncovered of structural parts are faulty.
Alw ays pull out the plug w hen performing any maintenance.
Use only w ith RCD sw itch.
Insufficient local lighting
Insufficient lighting represent high security risk.
Alw ays provide sufficient lighting w hen w orking w ith the
machine.
Disposal
Instructions for disposal implied from pictograms located at
the machine or at packing. The description of meanings of
individual ones can be found in the chapter “Labelling“.
Disposal of transport package
The package protects the machine from damage during
transportation. Packing materials are chosen as a rule from
the point of environmental protection and disposal method
and therefore they are recyclable.
Returning the package into material recirculation saves raw
materials and low ers the costs for processing w aste.
Parts of packaging (e.g. foils, Styropor) could be dangerous
for children.
Danger of suffocation occurs!
Store parts of the packaging beyond the reach of children and
dispose them as soon as possible.
Requirements for operators
Operator must carefully read the instructions for use before
using the machine.
Qualification
No special qualification except detailed instruction given by a
specialist is necessary for operation of the machine.
Minimum age
The machine may be operated only by persons above 16
years. The exception is use of teenagers if it takes place as a
part of professional education for the purpose of obtaining
skills under supervision of a trainer.
Training
The operation of the machine requires only corresponding
advice by an expert or from the instructions for use. No
special training is necessary.

Transport and storage
•
Before longer storage it is necessary to clear the
machine thoroughly and store it so that unauthorized
persons cannot access to it.
•
Do not store the compressor and never transport it in
horizontal position and under pressure!
•
The pressure in the air receiver could drop w hen
pressurized air cools dow n.
Assembly and first putting into
operation
Safety instructions pro first putting into service
•
Before adjusting and maintenance pull out the plug from
the socket first.
•
Before every putting into operation check the oil
level!
•
Children are not allow ed to operate the machine.
•
After removing the package check w hether the machine
and all their parts are in faultless state.
•
Always wear protective glasses and ear protectors
Alw ays w ear protective glasses or suitable protection of
eyes and ears. Never point the pressurized air stream
either against your ow n body or against other persons or
animals. The air stream could extremely accelerate alien
objects and they can be shot dangerously.
•
Always use protective equipment against the
electrical shock
Do not use the compressor in the vicinity of w ater or in a
humid environment.
•
Putting the compressor aside
Before repairs, revisions, maintenance, cleaning or
replacement of structural parts the compressor should
be disconnected from the electrical voltage source and
release the pressure in the air receiver completely.
•
Unintentional switching the machine on
Do not transport the compressor if it is connected to the
electrical pow er source or if the air receiver is under
pressure. Before connecting the compressor to the
electrical pow er source make sure that the pressure
sensor sw itch is in the OFF position.
•
Proper compressor storage
When the compressor is not used, store it in a dry place
protected from w eather. Keep it out of reach of children.
•
Work clothes
Avoid w earing loose pieces of clothes and jew ellery
because they could be caught into structural parts.
•
Careful maintenance of the compressor
Observe the safety for lubrication
unconditionally (see “Assembly / first putting into
operation“ and “Inspections and maintenance“).
Observe inspections for air filter
unconditionally (see “Assembly / first putting into
operation“ and “Inspections and maintenance“).
Check the mains cable in regular intervals. If it is
damaged, let it repaired or replaced in the customer
service. Make sure that the exterior of the compressor
does not exhibit any visible damage. In the opposite
case contact the nearest customer service.
•
Outdoor use
If the compressor is used outdoors it is allow ed to use
exclusively the extension cables intended for outdoor
use w ith corresponding indication
. Attention: it is
necessary to use sufficient cross-section of the
cable (min. 1.5 mm
2
); in case of cables longer than
10 m problems with machine start could happen in
adverse temperatures.
•
Attention
Work cautiously and use the common sense. Do not use
the compressor in case of fatigue. The compressor must
