Safety nosing list
If anyone or anything gets caught under the platform when it is lowered,
the descent will stop as soon as the safety nosing list is activated.
This safety function can be deactivated by pressing the »

« button and
removing the person/object which activated the safety nosing list.
Overload protection
The design of the platform provides the platform a protection against overload
both during lifting and lowering. This means that the platform will always raise
a little when the down button is activated. In case of overload the platform will
not raise or lower.
2 .04 Accessories
Battery Backup
Guldmann recommends a battery backup if the area is subject to losses of
power.
The battery backup ensures that the lifting platform can work even if the
supply voltage fails. In the event of a power failure, the battery backup will
provide the supply voltage, and all functions will be active/serviceable as
long as there is power in the batteries.
Important!
It is important that an indicator lamp is fitted, and that this is always visible
when the lifting platform is fitted with a battery backup. This lamp should
show whether the line voltage is switched on.

Wireless operation
This can be used in cases where there are one or more independent users.
It gives the users the opportunity of controlling the lifting platform, such that
they are not dependent on a helper.
Important!
When the user is independent, the remote control should be attached to the
user in a suitable manner, such that it is always within the reach of the user.
