Precautions:
• Read these instructions and fully understand them before attempting to use the
tool.
• Before each use, inspect the general condition of the tool; check for loose
items, misalignment or binding or moving parts. Check for any condition that
may affect its safe operation.
• Do not operate the tumbler with the cover off, as hazardous dust may be
generated, and the media may be ejected from the tumbler.
• Do not place any items on the cover while the tumbler is switched on.
• Caution: too little media in the tumbler bowl could damage the parts being
tumbled.
• Only use media recommended for vibratory machines; media suitable for
standard rotating tumblers is not suitable for vibratory machines.
• Always make sure that the parts are not too big for the bowl, as they can
damage it over time.
• When the tumbler is switched on, never cover up the machine to dampen the
noise as this could cause overheating, creating a fire risk.
• If the tumbler has been running for a number of hours, do not remove the cover
immediately after switching off. Allow any dust to settle by waiting for at least 30
minutes.
• Media can be re-used; if deburring use a magnet to remove any small steel
parts from the media before storing the media in a clean, dry container.
• Do not use the equipment for a purpose for which it was not designed.
