Activated carbon filter change
Activated carbon filters bind odorous sub-
stances contained in kitchen fumes.
Depending on the strain, these filters must
be replaced or regenerated after 3 months
at the latest.
Recirculating air version without tower:
The activated carbon filter is embedded
with a frame on top.
To remove, remove the screw
(8)
, lift the
frame

with the filter

and pull out the
filter insert.
Recirculating air with tower:
The activated carbon filter

behind the right
outlet grille
(21)
, which is held in place by
magnets.
To remove it, remove the air outlet grille
and pull out the filter.
Dispose of used activated carbon filter, as
regeneration is not possible.

Grease filter change / cleaning
F
ire hazard ! Greasy residues impair the
performance of the cooker hood and in-
crease the risk of fire. To prevent a fire ha-
zard, the metal filter must be cleaned regu-
larly. The grease filters must be cleaned
every 14 days at the latest. The necessary
cleaning of the grease filters is also indica-
ted on the LED display:

red tab.
This is best cleaned in the dishwasher u-
sing a gentle dishwasher detergent. The
manufacturer does not accept any liability
for any discolouration caused by the use of
aggressive cleaning agents. Temperatures
above 55 degrees should also be avoided.
Attention: Do not use 3
-
phase cleaners or
multi
-
phase cleaners. DO NOT clean the
metal filter in a commercial dishwasher.
Cleaning with aggressive agents such as
petrol, acetone, trichloroethylene etc. will
destroy the metal filters !
Due to a galvanic reaction occurring during
the rinsing process, the metal grease filters
must not be washed simultaneously with
silver cutlery or silver dishes. There is no
right of complaint in case of disregard.
