Dangerous mains voltage!
Faulty electrical installation or excessively high line. Voltage
may cause electrical shock.
- The device is exclusively suitable for 220-240 V~, 50Hz.
- Do not operate the device when it shows visible damages or the power cord or power plug are
effective.
- Do not open the housing but leave any repair to professionals. Contact a specialty shop for this
purpose. Liability and warranty claims are excluded in case of unauthorized repair, improper
connection or incorrect operation.
- When performing repairs, only parts matching the original device data may be used. This
device contains electrical and mechanical parts absolutely required to protect against dangers.
- Never submerge the device itself or the power cord or power plug in water.
- Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Keep the device, the power plug and the power cord away from open flames and hot surfaces.
- Do not bend the cable and keep it away from sharp edges.
- Use the device only in dry rooms indoors. Never operate it in wet rooms or in the rain.
- Never leave the device unattended when in use!
- Never store the device so that it may drop into a tub or sink.
- Never reach for an electrical device when it has dropped into the water. Immediately pull the
power plug in such a case.
- Switch off the device and always pull the plug from the outlet when not in use, when cleaning
it or in the event of malfunction.
- Regularly inspect device and cord for damages.
- Never use the power cord as a carrying handle.
- Render the old device unusable: Pull the power cord from the outlet and cut it.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
