Prepare foods for dipping
• You can dip different fruits. Depending on the season and your preference, into the melted
chocolate. You can also dip biscuits, marshmallows or the like (see
fig. 3
).
• Use long wooden skewers or the like for dipping the foods.

• Place the device on a heat-resistant and level surface.

• Plug the power plug into a readily accessible outlet.
• Set the ON/OFF switch

to position HEAT. The indicator lamp lights up. Preheat the device at
least 15-20 Minutes prior to use.
Melting the chocolate coating
• Melt the chocolate coating in the water bath.

Make sure that no water enters the chocolate coating. Lumps may form otherwise.

• Pour the melted chocolate coating into the filling trough. Do not overfill! Add some vegetable
oil if the melted chocolate is too thick.
• Set the ON/OFF switch

to position HEAT/MOTOR. The conveyor screw begins to move. The
chocolate is transported upward through the cylinder and flows down over the umbrellas into
the filling trough.
• Dip foods with skewers into the melted chocolate.

The device can be run continuously for several hours without problems.

• Set the ON/OFF switch to position OFF.
• Clean the device immediately and pour out excess chocolate (see „Care and maintenance“).

Refine the chocolate, e.g. with liqueur.
You can use cheese or barbecue sauces instead of chocolate. Add vegetable oil to ensure ease of
flow. For dipping, you can use, e.g. asparagus, sausages, grill food,…
