TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING!
Before you start troubleshooting, disconnect the appliance from the mains. Any
work not described in this instruction manual must be carried out by a qualified professional
only.
MALFUNCTION

THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
1. The plug of the appliance is not connected
to the socket.
2. The plug has become loose.
3. The socket is not supplied with energy.
4. The fuse is switched off.
5. The voltage is too low.
1. Connect the appliance to the mains
properly.
2. Check the plug.
3. Check the corresponding socket by
connecting it with another appliance.
4. Check the fuse box.
5. Compare the data on the model plate with
the data of your energy supplier.
THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
1. Incorrect energy supply.
1. Check the energy supply.
THE COMPRESSOR OPERATES FOR TOO LONG.
1. The appliance has been switched off for a
while.
2. Doors opened too often or too long.
1. The appliance needs some time to reach
the preset temperature.
2. Do not open the door too often/too long.
UNSATISFACTORY COOLING CAPACITY.
1. The door was frequently opened.
2. The door is not properly closed.
3. Encrusted ice inside the appliance.
4. The current temperature setting is too
warm.
5. Warm or hot beverages inside the
appliance.
6. The appliance is overfilled.
7. The door seals are damaged.
1. Select a different setting if necessary.
2. Check the door/door seals.
3. Defrost the appliance.
STRONG FORMATION OF ENCRUSTED ICE.
1. The door is not properly closed.
2. The door seal is damaged or soiled.
1. Close the door.
2. Clean/replace the door seal.
THE DOOR MAKES A STRANGE SOUND WHEN OPENED.
1. The door seals are soiled.
1. Clean the seals.
