Replace worn brushes. Use only
Electro Freeze original or authorized
replacement parts. See Accessories
Parts List in Part II of this manual to
order new brushes.
c. The shaft cup seal, washer,
and plunger O-ring grooves (figure
6-7).
d. The beater shaft and the
scraper blade pin holes, shown in
figure 6-8.
e. The mixer shaft and bushing.
g. Mix chamber and tubes.
3. After all parts are washed, rinse
and place them in the sanitizing solution.
For proper sanitizing, all parts must
remain fully immersed in the sanitizer
for 5 minutes.
Allow parts to air-dry after
sanitizing.
Important:
Do not leave parts in sanitizer for more
than 15 minutes.
4. Wash hopper walls and all soiled
surfaces on the freezer with a clean
disposable towel.
5. Using the spray bottle filled with
sanitizing solution spray out the end
of each syrup line and the water line
connector.
6. Using proper brush, brush the
hopper inlet tube (figure 6-9), the drain
tube, the cylinder, and cylinder back
wall (figure 6-10), thoroughly with dish
detergent solution. Rinse using rinse
bottle. Using sanitizing solution, repeat
brushing procedure making sure all
surfaces contact sanitizer.
