Marker functions
Press the key to access the marker functions provided in the LT51. The
marker position and the corresponding value of the waveform at this position,
are displayed below the graph display.
Marker to peak
Press the [f1] key (
to Peak
) to move the marker to the position of displayed
waveform with the highest value at the time the key is pressed.
Peak tracking
Press the [f2] key to toggle the
Peak Trk
function between
ON
and
OFF
.
When peak tracking is
ON,
the marker will always move to the position of the
displayed waveform with the highest value, even as the displayed waveform is
updated. To disable this feature, toggle the function to
OFF.
Next peak
Press the [f3] key to move the marker to the
next Peak.
The marker moves to
the location of the next peak value on the waveform, either left or right of the
current marker position, that is lower than the current marker value.
Zero offset
Press the [f4] key (
Zero Offset
)
to set the current value of the displayed
waveform at the marker location, as the reference point for any future marker
values. As the marker is moved along the waveform or the waveform changes,
all marker values displayed are referenced to the point in time at which the [f4]
key was pressed.
To cancel the Zero Offset, press the [f4] key again.
NOTE: The Zero Offset can also be set during numerical display of values.
Vertical offset
Press the [f5] key (
VertOfsfset)
to display the options for the parameter from
0dB
to
30dB
in 10dB steps. The spectrum display is automatically adjusted to
the new offset setting for the RX range. When the Vertical Offset is set to a value
other than 0dB, the maximum gain on the spectrum’s vertical axis is highlighted.
