ASSEMBLY:
1. Flex the ailerons back and forth to loosen the
hinge point, failure to do this will cause a strain
on the servos.
5. Sand the ends of the horizontal stabilizers to remove the paint from the area's to be glued, see above
example where one only has been done.
2. Feed the Z bend end of the aileron push-rod
through the outer hole of the aileron servo.
3. Ream out the top hole of the control horn to
ensure the clevis is a good fit without being too
sloppy.
4. Make sure the servo arm is at 90° to the servo.
Adjust the length of the push rod to ensure the
aileron is at neutral and then connect the clevis,
make sure it snaps together securely. Repeat the
above steps for the other wing.
