LEEK SOUP
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of leek
- 1 large potato
- 1/2 a chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 700 ml of broth of chicken
- A few thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.
Peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
Place all the soup ingredients in your heating blender. Close
the lid and press the "SMOOTH SOUP" program.
When the machine has finished the preparation (about 35
minutes), pour the soup into bowls.
You can also enjoy this soup cold. To do so, leave the soup in the
refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
PUMPKIN SOUP WITH CUMIN
Ingredients :
- 350 grams of pumpkin
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 a chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
