SECUREALL® BRACKET ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. VALVE CUP ADJUSTMENT
Standard insert 8920-068 is factory installed on all SecureALL
®
brackets. See Figure 2.
VALVE CUP ADJUSTMENT FOR INTERSPIRO ONLY
Adjustment required for Interspiro SCBA with angled valve support only: use 3/16" (4.5mm) hex key wrench to remove
attachment screw, rotate valve cup 180⁰, and reinstall screw for valve cup notch positioned rearward.
See Figure 3.

2. CYLINDER SUPPORT POSITION ADJUSTMENTS
1. Measure overall SCBA cylinder length (including valve).
For SCBA’s 19 1/2" (495mm) to 22 1/2" (572mm),
use upper mounting holes.
For SCBA’s 22 1/4" (571mm) to 26" (660mm),
use lower mounting holes as shown in Figure 4.
2. If applicable, remove attachment screws, position cylinder
support assembly, and reinstall screws.

WARNING
The installer is liable for SCBA bracket adjustment. Failure to properly tighten fasteners could
result in cylinder support coming loose unexpectedly and accidental SCBA release.

3. TOP CLAMP ADJUSTMENT
1. Measure the circumference of the SCBA bottle and refer to Table 1 for Top Clamp Position.
2. Place valve in foot cup and push bottle into SecureALL.
®
3. Use 3/16" (4.5mm) hex key wrench to remove clamp adjustment screws and slide clamp inward or outward
to find the correct fit. See Figure 5. Note that the bottle should have some freedom to move.
4. Replace and tighten adjustment screws in the appropriate clamp adjustment holes.
5.
Remove and reinstall the SCBA assembly to confirm adjustment for cylinder size. Ensure there are no
obstructions that could prevent the cylinder from locking up against the clamp.

in clamp sliding forward and accidental SCBA release.
