The dealer/manufacturer, from whom this device was purchased, gives a war-
ranty of two years from the time of handover for material and manufacturing.
The purchaser shall have the right of rectification. This includes either a repair or
a replacement of the device. Replaced devices and parts become the property
of dealer/manufacturer.
The purchaser shall notify the dealer immediately of any defects found. The
proof of a justified warranty claim is the receipt confirming the purchase of the
device (purchase receipt or invoice).
Damages caused by improper handling, incorrect connection, use of parts from
other manufacturers, normal wear and tear, use of force, any repair attempts
or changes to the unit, cables or terminals, modification of the circuit, damages
resulting by not following the instructions, or improper use, or other external
influences, occurring from incorrect connection of voltage or current, incorrect
operation or damage caused by negligent treatment, are not covered under
the warranty and/or will void the warranty. All further claims against the seller,
other than those based on his warranty obligations; in particular claims for
consequential damages, for loss of profits or indirect damages are excluded,
unless liability is obligatory by law.
Costs and risks of transportation, assembly and disassembly, and any other
expenses which may be brought in connection with the repair will not be re-
placed. The liability for consequential damage resulting from malfunction of the
device – no matter what kind – is excluded.
