A PoE adapter is used only for PoE output. Before connecting a PoE adapter to the device, make
sure the device is connected to an AC power source and is operating correctly. The device cannot
operate correctly with only a PoE adapter connected to it.
Only the MSR3610-I-IG and MSR3610-IE-IG gateways support a PoE adapter.
