to restart an OAP client.

Parameters
client-id
: Specifies an OAP client by its ID in the range of 1 to 255.
Usage guidelines
Client IDs are assigned by the OAP manager to OAP clients to uniquely identify the clients.
When you execute this command for a client in registered state, the OAP manager sends a restart
notification to the specified OAP client. The client restarts after receiving the notification. When you
execute this command for a non-existent client, an error message appears.
