Sampling interval
Sampling interval in seconds. The system collects statistics of
the port at this interval.
Rising threshold
Rising threshold. When the sampled value equals or exceeds
the rising threshold, an alarm is triggered.
Falling threshold
Falling threshold. When the sampled value equals or falls
under the falling threshold, an alarm is triggered.
Linked with event Event index corresponding to an alarm
When startup

The condition under which an alarm is triggered, which can be:

risingOrFallingAlarm: An alarm is triggered when the rising
or falling threshold is reached.

risingAlarm: An alarm is triggered when the rising threshold
is reached.

FallingAlarm: An alarm is triggered when the falling
threshold is reached.
