Parameters
slot
slot-number
: Restart the software system of an OAP card on a member of an IRF virtual device. The
slot-number
argument takes the member ID of the member of the IRF virtual device, and its value ranges
depend on the number of member devices and there member IDs.
system
system-name
: Specifies the system name of the OAP card on the certain device. The
system-name
argument specifies the system name of the OAP card in the form of
SubSlotX
with
X
as the slot number
of the OAP card. For example, the system name of the OAP card in slot 3 is SubSlot3.
Description
Use the
oap reboot
command to restart the software system of the specified OAP card.
Examples
# Restart the software system of the OAP card in slot 3 of member device 1.
<Sysname> oap reboot slot 1 system SubSlot3
This command will recover the SubSlot3 from shutdown or other failed state.
Warning: This command may lose the data on the hard disk if the SubSlot1 is not
being shut down! Continue? [Y/N]:y
Reboot SubSlot1 by command.
