The FTP service is enabled after the authentication and authorization of the FTP
server are configured. The FTP server supports multi-client access. A remote FTP
client sends a request to the FTP server. The FTP server executes an action
accordingly and returns the execution result to the client.

After you configure the FTP server authentication and authorization, you need to set
the user level to 3. Otherwise, the system prompts that “You have no rights to store
files” when you restore the backed-up file to the firewall. For configurations of user
