4.3.3. Cleaning of the induced draught casing

 

NOTE

 

The induced draught casing can also be cleaned after removing the smoke pipes from the back side of the 

stove

In case of deposits / grinding noises in the induced draught casing, please proceed as follows

• This casing becomes accessible for cleaning by opening the 4 screws shown in Figure 9 (see arrows).
• Remove the induced draught fan motor by pulling it off

.

• Clean the flue gas passes, the draught ventilator, and the flue gas pipes with a sweeping brush and an

ash vacuum cleaner

.

• Then reassemble the components in reverse order.

 NOTE

 

Make sure that the seal is replaced in the correct place. It is imperative that defective seals be replaced.

• Be careful with the electrical connections at the fan motor and their correct positions

.

 NOTE

 

We recommend checking resp. cleaning the flue tubes at the latest after 1000 kg pellets.
