So that your enquiry can be dealt with quickly, the following details from the nameplate are essential:

Exact type designation
(version of the model)

Manufacturer's number
The nameplate is located on the back of the stove and on the front page of the operating instructions.
Please also take note of the technical drawings and tables on the appliance sheet, where you will find the right
designation of the replacement part required.
