CONSOLE INSTRUCTON
1. Connect power, press «ON/OFF” key, the machine will be stop slowly.
2. Press “ON/OFF” key again, the machine will stop.
3. Press “SPEED” key to adjust the speed of the machine. The lowest speed is 1KM/H; fastest is 12KM/H.
4. Press “AUTO” key to choose TIME.DISTANCE. And CALORIE, then press “SPEED” key to set the
required data. Press “MODE” key for resetting.
5. The machine has P1/P2/P3 auto program. Press “MODE” key for selecting Auto program and manual
operate.
6. If need emergency stop. Pull up “Safety key ”, the machine will stop automatically at 5 seconds and
“OFF «glitter on console screen.
7. Place the Safety key back for restart the machine.

Catch the heart inductor, the screen will show heart frequency
.
9. The screen can show the data of “SPEED”.”MODE”.”HEART FREQUENCY”,”DISTANCE”,”TIME” and
“CALORIE”.
