campione liquido, possono danneggiarsi con facilità se il gas di spurgo non è operativo. Fare

Controllare che la pressione del gas superi di 0,5 - 1 bar la pressione del CO
2
disciolto del
campione. Non superare la pressione massima consentita per la confezione (bottiglia o lattina)
altrimenti potrebbe esplodere. Per le misurazioni eseguite con sensori TC, è importante utilizzare
la stessa pressione di gas forzante sia per le operazioni di calibrazione che per le operazioni di
misurazione del gas.
6.
Agitare la confezione, se applicabile. In alcune applicazioni di campionamento delle bevande, è
necessario agitare le bevande confezionate per equilibrarne il contenuto. Utilizzare un agitatore
con moto alternato per almeno 3 minuti.
Configurazione dello strumento indicatore
Assicurarsi di completare la configurazione dello strumento indicatore prima di iniziare le misurazioni.
Configurare parametri quali il gas di misura, le unità di visualizzazione e la membrana del sensore
utilizzata. Fare riferimento alla documentazione dello strumento indicatore per ulteriori informazioni.
Regolazione della posizione della confezione
Prima di iniziare le misurazioni, regolare il campionatore per bevande confezionate sul tipo di
contenitore della bevanda campione (bottiglia o lattina). Fare riferimento alla
riportati di seguito:
1.
Premere il blocco nero (mobile) sulla parte superiore fino a portarlo nella posizione più alta (A)
per sollevare il gruppo di foratura e campionamento.
2.
Controllare che la leva di foratura (B) si trovi in posizione verticale.
3.
Tenere fermo con una mano il gruppo scorrevole dell'unità di foratura e allentare la maniglia
arancione (C).
4.
Sollevare verso l'alto il gruppo scorrevole dell'unità di foratura sulle due colonne metalliche.
5.
Collocare la bevanda campione da analizzare sul tappetino della piastra base (D).
Assicurarsi che la bevanda campione sia installata in verticale. Se possibile, forare le lattine in
cima. Se l'area in cima non è sufficiente per forare la lattina, a causa della linguetta, forare il
fondo. La foratura sul fondo ha il vantaggio che il metallo è più spesso e meno facilmente
deformabile con lo svantaggio però che, talvolta, l'ago di foratura viene immerso nella bevanda.
6.
Abbassare delicatamente l'unità di foratura fino a quando la piastra del supporto della testina di
foratura con il foro circolare non entra a contatto con la sommità della bevanda campione (E). Il
supporto della testina di foratura impedisce movimenti indesiderati della bevanda campione.
7.
Sollevare la maniglia arancione nella posizione più in alto della scanalatura e serrala
nuovamente.
L'unità è pronta per la misurazione.
Nota: se si cambia il tipo di confezione campione, ad esempio una bottiglia o lattina di dimensioni differenti,
regolare di nuovo la procedura relativa alla confezione.
