Using the timer
Timer for the cooking zones
- The required time value can be selected by using the More (16) and Less (15) buttons.
- The maximum time that can be selected is 1 hour 59 min.
- To deactivate the timer, the “0.00” value must be selected by pressing the Less (15) button
repeatedly or by holding it down.
- If at least one cooking zone is operating, the timer can be activated by pressing buttons
(15) and (16) at the same time.
- The timer display (8) shows “0.00” and the timer symbol (10) corresponding to the func
-
tioning cooking zone located further to the left turns on. At this point, you now have 5
seconds to select the time for the required cooking zone with the More (16) and Less (15)
buttons. During this operation, all of the sliding controls (3) for selecting the power level of
the cooking zones remain active.
- To change the timer assigned to a cooking zone to the timer assigned to another zone,
simply press buttons (15) and (16) repeatedly at the same time until the timer symbol (10)
of the required zone lights up.
- At the end of the programmed time, an intermittent sound signal is activated and “0.00”
flashes on the display (8), the corresponding cooking zone switches off and its display (7)
shows “0” (alternating with “H” if there is any residual heat). Both “0.00” and the sound sig

nal turn off when any of buttons (15), (16) or (1) are pressed, or after 2 minutes have elapsed
