extension cord is used to prevent
water from traveling along the
cord and coming in contact with
the socket.
If the plug or socket does get wet,
DO NOT unplug the cord.
Disconnect the fuse or circuit break-
er that supplies power to the appli-
ance. Then unplug and examine for
the presence of water in the socket.
7. WARNING: To prevent electric shock, supply
electrical power through a wall mounted Residual
Current Device (GFI-Ground Fault Current
Interrupter) with a residual operating current not
exceeding 30mA. If the appliance shows any sign of
current leakage or if the GFI switches off, disconnect
the power supply from mains and remove the appli-
