SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
SPRAY TIPS–
At the beginning of each season, or as required, remove a
random sample of spray tip caps (fig. 102-1, item C) and inspect the nozzle tips. If
they are plugged or worn, clean or replace them.
DO NOT
put your mouth to a
spray tip to try to unplug it!
NOZZLE DIAPHRAGMS–
At the beginning of each season, remove each
nozzle body cap (fig. 102-1, item A) and inspect the diaphragm (fig. 102-1, item B)
for wear or fit. Replace if necessary. Refer to accompanying manual containing
nozzle information.

WIPER BLADE–
Change the wiper blade as often as necessary. Do
not allow the wiper blade to run on a dry windshield as this will shorten the
life of the blade or cause scratching of the windshield.
Replace the blade (fig. 102-2) with a 39 inch heavy duty blade of your
choice.
