WARRANTY CARD

 

The device is subject to warranty if it is purchased from  Hahn & Sohn 

GmbH or at the Authorized Regional Representative of Hahn & Sohn GmbH. 
The  warranty  is  valid  for  12  months  or  250  operating  hours  (whichever 
occurs  first)  from  the  time  of  purchase  of  the  device.  The  warranty 
only covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not 
apply to:

mechanical damage resulting from improper handling,

 

-

 

improperly performed repairs or repairs made with the use of non- 
original spare parts,

 

-

 

damage resulting from the use of improper oils and fuels,

 

-

 

consumables such as: oils, filters, belts, batteries, etc.

 

 

In the event of a device failure, it must be delivered to the place of 

purchase or Service Center. The cost of delivering the device to the place of 
purchase or the Service Center is covered by the Customer.

Regular checks and inspections are the condition 

for continuing the warranty, including:

 

-

 

engine oil and air filter changes in accordance with the Guarantor's 
recommendations:

 

-

 

oil control and refilling every day or max every 8 hours of operation,

 

-

 

oil and air filter change, first after 20 hours of operation, but not later 
than 6 months from the date of purchase. Next in the warranty period, 
every 100 hours, but no later than 6 months from the date of the last 
service, documented in the authorized service network of the Guarantor.

 

 

The guarantor reserves the right to reject the warranty claims if other oils, 
such as the mineral SAE 15W40, are used during the warranty period. 
Documentation of the inspections of the above-mentioned together with a 
record of the type of oils, the service technician's stamp and the date of 
service should be made each time in the part entitled "Reviews, regulations, 
inspections" in this operators manual.
