Your microwave oven is equipped with  power levels to give you maximum flexibility and control 
over cooking. The table below shows the examples of food and their recommended cooking power
 levels for use with this microwave oven.

The microwaves are absorbed by the food up to a depth of about 1 inch (2.5 cm).

Note: 

For the power level

 P00,

the oven has no power output, but you can use it as a timer.

In the following example we will show you how to cook some food on 80% power for 5 minutes 
and 30 seconds.

Warning :Always use oven gloves when  touching the recipients in the  oven, as they will be  very hot.

Note

: When the temperature is preheated to the requested temperature, the oven will beep three 

times, then you can open the door and put in the food, restart the oven.
When cooking has finished, the oven will beep five times and display
