work
Power supply off
Check fridge's main supply plug is connected to the socket
and the switch is ON.
House fuse blown.
Get this fixed with the help of an electrician.
Stabilizer does not work.
Try connecting power plug directly to the wall socket, if it
works then get the stabilizer fixed by repairing centre.
Fridge attempts to
start but fails to
operate.
Insufficient voltage supply.
Install a voltage stabilizer in the mains with the help of an
electrician.
Low Cooling
Improper temperature setting
of freezer/refrigerator
compartments.
Set refrigerator compartment temperature between coldest
range 06 ~ 08 however Super Cooling (SC) mode will be the
coldest.
Set freezer compartment temperature between -18 ~ -21
however Super Freeze (SF) mode will be the coldest.
Hot food storage.
Avoid storing hot food as it is, let them be at room
temperature before keeping them inside the fridge.
Insufficient space for cool air
circulation.
Maintain some distance between food containers, do not
cover fridge interior parts with cloth or plastic sheets.
Door not closed properly.
Make sure to close door properly after every time you open it.
High door opening frequency
Reduce door opening frequency, as it allows ambient hot air
to get inside.
Refrigerator placed near to
heat source.
Do not install fridge near to oven or room heater or in contact
with direct sunlight.
Lack of ventilation in area
surrounded by fridge.
Maintain at least 20 cm distance from all sides of the fridge.
Over Cooling
Improper temperature setting
of freezer/refrigerator
compartments.
Set refrigerator compartment temperature between 02 ~ 05.
Set freezer compartment temperature between -13 ~ -15.
Noise
Fridge leveling not done.
Adjust levels by rotating front two legs of the fridge.
Normal relay switch
ON/OFF noise.
Whenever fridge starts or stops working, cut-in or cut-off
noise gets generated from relay located in compressor.
Generation of this noise is a absolutely normal condition.
Odour
Poorly wrapped food.
Wrap food items properly, close box lids and bottle caps
tightly. Make sure utensils are covered with their lid. Clean
regularly.
Formation of
water drops on
exterior of fridge.
High humidity in
atmosphere.
Specially during monsoon season atmospheric humidity
increases and hence there are chances of water drops
formation on exterior of fridge, make sure you wipe off this
moisture regularly to ensure product’s performance.
Poor ice formation
Improper temperature setting
of freezer compartment.
For quicker ice or ice-cream formation, set the freezer
compartment to Super Freeze (SF) mode.
Ice cubes have
odour / taste
Unsealed packages in the
freezer compartment may be
transmitting odour / taste to
the ice cubes or
Interior needs cleaning.
Ice tray and ice collecting box to be emptied and washed,
clean interior frequently.
LED / Lamp not
working
LED / Lamp is out of order
or No power supply.
Call authorized service center for repair or replacement.
