Troubleshooting 

If your monitor does not work properly, the following methods can help you 
solve the general problem quickly. If the following methods still cannot be 
solved, please contact Haier Service Center 4006 999 999. 

No screen display 

 

Make sure the power is connected to the monitor. 

 

Check if the monitor signal cable is connected to the host computer. 
Adjust the brightness and contrast of the display. 

 

Whether the display is in a power saving state. 

 

Whether the display setting of the Windows xp/vista/7/8/10 system is 
correct. If it is not correct, please enter the safe mode of the system 
and reset the display output. 

Display image is too large, too small or disturbing line 

 

Use the 

Auto

function in the OSD menu (for VGA signals only). 

Color distortion or lack of color 

 

Check if the monitor signal cable is connected to the host computer.  

 

Use the color temperature function of the OSD main menu to make color 
adjustments. 

Image is too bright or too dark 

 

Adjust using the brightness and contrast functions of the OSD menu. 

A slight Newton's ring appears during abnormal adjustment of the display 

 

In the case of  power on,  if you use  too  much  force or adjust  the 
angle to exceed the maximum angle (15 degrees) during the adjustment 
of the display angle, the display may appear a slight Newton ring 
in a moment, disappear within three seconds, without affecting the 
display

Display cleaning and maintenance 

 

In order to maintain good display and heat dissipation of the LCD, 
the  display  case  and  screen  need  to  be  cleaned  regularly.  Unplug 
the monitor before cleaning the monitor. 

 

You  can  use  a  slightly  damp  soft  cloth  (spray  a  small  amount  of 
water or a neutral cleaning solvent on a soft cloth) to wipe dust 
and  dirt  from  the  cabinet  and  the  screen,  then  dry  the  case  and 
screen with a soft, dry cloth.
