Connecting to the Internet

Familiar Networks
Familiar networks allow
ibiza Rhapsody
to connect automatically. This allows the player to access online services and download content you want.
ibiza
Rhapsody
connects whenever it has a task that requires a connection, provided it detects a familiar network within range. When all scheduled tasks are
completed,
ibiza Rhapsody
disconnects automatically.
Note:
For
ibiza Rhapsody
to connect automatically, you must set Wireless to “On” in the Settings menu.
Automatic connection allows
ibiza Rhapsody
to perform these tasks:
•
Download media that you have queued, without any further effort on your part
•
Update your music licenses
•
Get music from hotlists to which you have subscribed
•
Mark downloaded content with a New icon
Note:
These tasks are also carried out any time you manually connect to the Internet.
Adding a Familiar Network
When
ibiza Rhapsody
connects to a network, the network becomes a
familiar network
. When
ibiza Rhapsody
attempts to connect, it tries the familiar networks
first. (If no familiar networks are available, the player asks you to choose from any other available networks.)
