No time settings
Your phone has a standby battery powered by the main
battery. If the main battery is removed, a fully charged
standby battery can stand up to seven hours. Remove the
battery before your phone is turned off may lead to loss of
information like time settings too.
No display of caller ID
This feature is network dependent. Contact your service
provider.
Failure to access a feature
Many of the features are network dependent. Contact your
service provider for details.
Failure to send a text
message
Text message feature is not available in all networks.
Contact your service provider for details.
You cannot turn on the
phone.
Remove the battery first. Check if the connector is in good
condition. Install the battery again and make sure it is in
good contact with the phone. Charge the battery to full. Try
again.
You cannot answer
incoming calls.
Check if call forward or call barring is activated. If yes,
deactivate it.
The screen prompts a SIM
card error.
The SIM card may be damaged. Contact your service
provider.
The screen prompts an
IMSI code error.
Contact your service provider.
The screen prompts you to
insert your SIM card.
Make sure your SIM card is properly inserted.
If problem remains uncorrected, the SIM card may be
damaged. Contact your service provider.
