7  Installing and setting up the TESTit software 

7.1  Installing the TESTit software 

The TESTit software is offered in 2 versions: 

 

IT module set with display device 

The software is already installed on the display device 
when the device is delivered. 

 

IT module set without display device. 

The TESTit software is delivered on a USB stick when 
the device is delivered. The TESTit software must be in-
stalled on a suitable display device. 

 

 

INFORMATION 

The selected display device must meet the hardware 
requirements of the TESTit software: 

 

Operating  system  WINDOWS  10  with  version 
1709  or  newer  [version  code  number  must  be 
1709 or greater].  

 

Operating systems such as Android or  IOS [Ap-
ple] are not compatible with TESTit software. 

 

Installing the TESTit software 

A Setup Wizard guides you through the installation process. 

1.  Start  the  »TESTit_Setup«  application  from  the  USB 

stick. 

 

 

 

2.  Select the language in which you want to run the Setup 

Wizard. 

3.  Confirm by pressing »OK«. 

The welcome greeting appears on the screen.
