Metal leaching can be expected during the first weeks of using the product.
This phenomenon is only temporary and can be reduced by more frequent
water exchanges and flushing.

4. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
In order to avoid abnormal use, we have enclosed operating instructions
(manual) with the product and request you to follow its contents for your own
benefit, because we do not take on guarantee for the appliance if its failure is due
to use or handling that was not in line with the operating instructions. It is the
consumer’s responsibility to carry out maintenance work. The cost of repairing a
product that is defective due to neglected maintenance is borne by the consumer
even within the warranty period. In order to ensure safe operation, the appliance
must be checked by a plumber from time to time (approximately once a year),
with particular attention to the sealing of connections and the correct operation of
the safety valve. The appliance must also be vented annually and drained in case
of risk of frost.
In the case of indirect heating, protection against overheating must be ensured by
the indirect heating device.
It is forbidden to use sharp metal objects or acid to remove scale deposits on the
heat exchanger.
Drainage
When draining water, hot water may flow
out!
The lowest Rp6/4” stud functions as a drainage tap for emptying the storage tank.
5. WARRANTY
HAJDU Zrt. undertakes a 36-month warranty instead of the 12-month mandatory
warranty set out in Government Decree No. 151/2003 (IX.22.) for the product
shown on the first page. Warranty rights can be exercised by the owners of the
appliance if they are considered to be consumers (according to Section 685 of the
Civil Code a consumer is a person who enters into contract outside the scope of
economic or professional activity).
The warranty does not affect consumers’ legal rights.
Consumers may demand repair or replacement at their choice, unless the
fulfilment of the chosen warranty claim is impossible, or it would result in
disproportionate additional costs for the obligee compared to the fulfilment of the
other warranty claim (Section 306 of the Civil Code).
