Important information:
• Consumers can validate their warranty claim with the warranty card.
• Please demand the seller to indicate the date of purchase on each coupon of the
warranty card when making a purchase.
• Warranty repair work can only be carried out by repair services indicated in the
service list if a valid warranty card is presented.
• Improperly issued warranty cards or failure to hand over the warranty card to
consumers do not affect the validity of the warranty commitment, as long as you
can prove the date of purchase of the product with an invoice. If this is the case,
please contact our customer service.
• We only replace lost warranty cards based on creditable proof of the date of
purchase (invoice). If this is the case, please contact our customer service.
• he warranty period begins on the day the product is handed over to the consumer.
• If the product is being repaired, the warranty period is extended from the date
of notification of the defect with the period during which the consumer could not
use the product as intended due to the defect.
• Repairs must be carried out in such a way that, as a result of the repair, the
product’s value and usability do not decrease compared to a product free of
defects that has been used as intended for the same period of time. During
repairs, new parts may be installed in the product.
Consumer rights based on warranty and guarantee:
As defined in Section 306-307 of Act 4 of 1959 on the Civil Code, Section 4 of Decree
No. 49/2003 of the Minister of Economy and Transport and Government Decree No.
151/2003 (IX.22.) distributors shall endeavour to carry out repair or replacement
within a maximum of 15 days.
When can consumers request a product replacement?
If the product fails within 3 working days from the date of purchase, the sales
unit that sold the product can replace it with a new product of the same type at
the request of the consumer. If a replacement is not possible, consumers have the
following options:

when the product is returned, the purchase price is repaid,

or a different type of product is provided, and the purchase price difference
settled.
In the case of a 3-day exchange, the undamaged appliance must be returned to the
seller in its original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials provided
with the appliance.
Place of repair:
• We repair products with fixed connections and products heavier than 10 kg at
their place of operation.
• If the repair cannot be carried out at the place of operation, the repair service is
responsible for disassembly and reinstallation, as well as delivery and return.
