3. Assembly of the hand pallet truck
Assembly must be conducted by a competent person. Before assembly, verify that the spring safety pin (7) is
properly in place. The safety pin should rest well in both holes located on each side of the pump housing and
hold the spring assy.
3.1 See fig. 1. Pull out the coupling pin (1).
3.2 Insert the handle (3) to place A (take care that it will be in the right direction). Couple the handle (3) and
the pump body (5) with the coupling pin (1).
3.3 Set the spring pin (2) (delivered separately) into the designated hole at the end of the coupling pin (1) and
fix it with a hammer. The coupling pin must have spring pins at both ends. If both spring pins are delivered
separately, then also both should be fixed on each end of the coupling pin. Take care that the coupling pin is
mounted into the correct position (middle hole is facing towards the handle inner chain, so it can be threaded
through smoothly).
3.4 See fig. 2. Put the chain (4) of the handle through the middle hole of the coupling pin (1).
3.5 Take the screw nut which is at the end of the chain (4) and hitch it to the groove of the lever board (6). See
fig. 2 and fig. 4.
3.6 See fig. 3. Turn the handle to level position and pull out the spring safety pin (7).
