5.18.2 Presetting 3rd brush
Observe the Safety instructions – Vacuum sweeping system,
see page 222.
Using the buffer
, the 3rd brush can be set in two positions.
•
0° position for working close to the vehicle or transport journeys
(This position is only possible if the brush arm

is on the
right-hand side in driving direction)
•
45° position for working in a symmetrical manner
(This position is possible on both sides)
Proceed as follows to change from 0° position to 45° position:
1. Lower the 3rd brush with the joystick.
2. Swivel out the brush arm
manually.
3. Position the buffer
as shown in the figure below.
