Maintenance and Care
Hako system maintenance I
The following maintenance work must
be completed by an authorized Hako
service center.
Activity
Interval
Every 50 operating hours (one-off)
Engine: change engine oil, engine oil filter and fuel filter

Change hydraulic oil filter
o
Check fan belts, adjust as necessary
o
Check starter battery, charge as necessary
o
Check engine and circular brush speed
o
Grease according to lubrication plan
o
Wheels and tires: check torque of the wheel bolts
o
Check electrical installation
o
Vacuum nozzle: check settings and function
o
Sweeping unit: check settings and function
o
Check parking brake
o
Checking steering
o
Check visual appearance of the vehicle
o
Test drive and function test
o
