Maintenance and Care
Before starting the weekly
maintenance work described
below, all the operating ele-
ments should be subjected to a
function test in order to deter-
mine whether the vehicle is
ready for operation or not.

Check the acid level of the battery and refill distilled water as necessary

Check the electrical system (including working lights) and repair any defects

Brush head: Check the deflectors on the right and left and complete any repairs or order spare parts
and replace them as necessary

Check the side scrubbing brush and water deflectors and complete any repairs or order spare parts
and replace them as necessary
o
Check the squeegee, particularly the rear sealing strip, is clean and for signs of damage and wear
and complete any repairs or order spare parts and replace them as necessary
o
Check the recovery tank through the inspection hole at the top for signs of premature wear (due to
glass splinters, metal chips, grit, etc.) or damage and clean it
o
Check the vehicle is clean; clean it, if necessary
o
Complete a test drive and function test (including brake tests)
o
