Troubleshooting
1.
During a soft codec call (i.e. GoToMeeting, Meet, Teams, Zoom etc.) with the laptop
connected to the HT-ODYSSEY the far end cannot hear the local room participants talk.
a.
Verify the mic of the HT-Satellite-BT is not in Mute mode (in Mute mode all LEDs
light up red).
b.
Verify the microphone selected in the soft codec is the HT-Satellite-BT
c.
Verify the soft codec microphone is not muted
2.
A device that has been paired with Bluetooth to the HT-Satellite-BT can no longer connect.
a.
Verify no other device is currently connected with Bluetooth (the first device
connected will maintain connection until the user manually disconnects their
device; once disconnected the next device can then connect.)
3.
When the PC is connected to the Type-C port on the HT-Satellite-BT there is no audio
playing through the speaker.
a.
Verify the laptop’s sound output has the HT-Satellite-BT selected as the speaker
output.
